We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amended Terms and Conditions will apply to your continued use of the Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust website.

1. Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following words shall have the following meanings: "Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust" means Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust, a charity registered under number 1133542 and a company limited by guarantee registered under number 7111375, having its registered office at 10-18 Union St, London SE1 1SZ; “the Website” means any website under the ownership or control of Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust from which a link has been created to these terms and conditions; “the Material” means all of the information, data, text, graphics, links or computer code published on, contained or available on the Website; and "User" means you, the individual, firm, company or organisation accessing this Website.

2. Applicable terms and conditions
The Website is owned by Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust and any use made of this site (including registrations and donations made via the Website), are subject to these terms and conditions. Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust may, at its sole discretion, modify or revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating the text of this page.

3. Use of the Website
Anyone is entitled to view any non-password protected parts of the Website and to use for their own purposes the information contained therein, provided:
3.1 it is used for information purposes only, for reproduction for personal use only and not for reproduction on any other website or for commercial gain.
3.2 any links created to the Website are notified to and approved by Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust before they are created.
3.3 no part of the Website is copied, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means to any third party without the written permission of Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust.

4.1 Copyright in the Material is owned by Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust or its content suppliers. 5. Online Shop

These Shop Terms and Conditions apply to all orders from our online shop at: https://www.jostrust.org.uk/shop in addition to the General Terms and Conditions which can be found on this page. 5.1 Copyright: Content published on the shop (digital downloads, images, texts, graphics, logos) is the property of Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust/or its content creators and protected by international copyright laws.

5.2 User account: If you are an owner of an account on this website, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. We reserve the right to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders.

5.3 Stock: The delivery of items ordered from our shop is subject to availability. It is not always possible for us to inform you at the time you place your order whether the items are currently in stock. Some of our information materials are free to order (or have a suggested donation) but due to this reason we have limited stock available. We may occasionally alter quantities of materials before delivery.

5.4 Delivery: We aim to deliver orders within 10 working days but during busy periods orders can take longer to arrive.

5.5 Cancellations and returns: We reserve the right to amend and cancel orders. If you want to cancel or return an order please contact our team on 020 3832 8000, or email shop@jostrust.org.uk. Cancellations and returns are at the discretion of Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust and will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

5.6 Suggested donations: We ask for a suggested donation on items with a higher production cost. Suggested donations can be removed in your cart.

Where the registration processes involves you being allocated with a unique username and/or password that gives you access to your Website account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur through your website account. 14. Viruses
Whilst Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust makes all reasonable attempts to exclude viruses from the Website it cannot ensure such exclusion and no liability is accepted for damage caused through the downloading of viruses. Therefore, you are recommended to take all appropriate safeguards before downloading information from the Website.

15. Events, Competitions and Prizes
Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust reserves the right to vary event registration fees and the prices of any goods or services listed without notice. All event registrations and orders for goods or services are subject to availability and Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust reserves the right to refuse to accept any registration and to refuse to supply any goods or services to any individual.

From time to time we may run competitions, free prize draws and promotions on the Website. In each case these will be subject to additional competition terms which will be made available on the site.

16. Encryption
Although the Website uses encryption security software in areas where on line payment details are accepted, the security of information and payments transmitted via the Internet cannot be guaranteed. Any loss incurred or sustained by any User who transmits information by means of e-mail or other Internet links shall be borne solely and exclusively by such User and in no event shall any such loss in whole or part be borne by Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust or it's agents.

17. Force majeure
Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust shall not be held to be in breach of its obligations hereunder nor liable to the User for any loss or damage which may be suffered by another party due to any cause beyond its reasonable control including without limitation any act of God, fire, storm, flood, lightening, disease, strike, trade dispute, act of terrorism, any act or omission of government or regulatory bodies or communications operators.

18. General
18.1 If any provisions of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
18.2 These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust and the User and supercede all other (prior or contemporaneous) communications and proposals, whether electronic or written, between the User and Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust.
18.3 Any failure of Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust to exercise or enforce any of its rights under these terms and conditions shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any such rights or operate so as to bar the subsequent exercise or enforcement or any such rights.

19. Jurisdiction
The terms and conditions and the use by the User of the Website shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the Website and/or any transactions made on the Website, or these terms and conditions.
